Our coffee is distinguished by his particular properties; it is a notably full-bodied, very compact with neutral acerbity coffee but at the same time it is characeterized by its pronounced bitter taste and a delicate but spicy aroma.
A very important moment of our work is the constant coffee analyses in our laboratory. A visual expert opinion and a test of our raw coffee permits to check the coffe beans for their colour, dimension and possible impurities. Afterwards we can continue with a nice coffee cup to test the aroma and flavour of our toasted coffee beans.
Just through this veritable and accurate quality analyses we can achieve brilliant service and exceptional results for our coffee. We wish to guarantee our customers the whole year long our product, for this reason we keep in our magazines a rich variety of stocks.
